The goods arrived the next day, which was good. However the box appeared to have been in some sort of puddle. The driver waited until I had inspected the items to ensure no damage, which was good, and luckily the contents weren't damaged, but it could have been a quite different story...

The Gammuci Electronic Cigarette is a very good product. The service from Prezzybox has been first class. I ordered it and it arrived the following day. I had a problem with batteries and I also had a pack of cartomizers that had leaked. The staff at Prezzybox were more than helpful and replaced them. Haven't had a tobacco cigarette since it arrived. ordered ariel postcode jigsaw but unfortunately was sent the valentines version with roses and heart on the front of the box, it is of no use as the jigsaw was a present for a relation who was celebrating his 70th birthday. I am to receive a full refund and the chap I spoke to on the phone about it was very helpful but the problem being I only had 2 days left to get a present,so it wasnt possible for me to wait on the correct item being posted to me

hello, i ordered one of your prezzyboxs for my granddaughters 16th birthday. albeit that the goods were fine i did not expect it to come in such a big box. i was surprised not to find at least another folded box inside as i would not have liked to give her that one with my name & address emblazened on it. so i had to take items out & put them in a bag which cost me more money. maybe you could give this some thought. other than all was fine regards beryl happy new year

This was my first time using prezzybox after reading about your website in a magazine, I had looked at a few different gift sites as I wanted a gift that was a bit different. This was my first experience of using Prezzybox and i cant say enough how fantastic there service is. I put my order through then realised i needed to change the delivery address. I emailed them advising of the new address. The next day [as I ordered on a Sunday] i received a confirmation email of my order and then a further email to confirm they had received my email and had changed the delivery address which was great as i have experienced a lot of difficulties with other companies in regards to this. They kept me well informed throughout the whole process and my item came within 2 days - fantastic service i will definately use Prezzybox again.

The products up to now are good. Delivery on two of the items was excellent but the whisky took almost two weeks and even then I had to go and get it myself from the post office because they hadn't even tried to deliver it. I was informed by yourselves that it had been sent to my local sorting office and it was then that i decided to go and get it. So, overall, good products but bad delivery.
