I just got a request to provide feedback on an order which has reminded me: I want you to pass on my thanks to whomever dealt with my urgent request to change the name on the chocolates that I had ordered. My partner hates being called Susan and I accidentally put that name on the order. It might seem a small change to you but it's a big thing to me. good product, very realistic but could do with a stronger nicotine inhaler ( regular is the highest available) and is quite mild for those used to smoking strong cigarettes.
