Description
The Airkix Indoor Skydiving experience gives you the exciting opportunity to experience skydiving in a specially constructed wind tunnel. You will begin your experience with necessary training and will then get the chance to have a taste of free-falling in this safe and controlled environment. This experience is usually used to test the aerodynamics of Formula 1 cars! This is suitable for almost anyone from the age of 4 years so even your little ones can experience a freefall!
Itinerary:
Once you have made your booking with the supplier you will be given a report time – please ensure that you arrive no later than this time given. You will have a fun introduction to the indoor skydiving and will receive all necessary training. You will learn and practice freefall and body flying techniques and will be kitted up to ensure your safety before entering the tunnel with your instructor for the first of two one minute ‘flights’. This will consist of a flight suit, specialist headgear, earplugs, goggles and knee and elbow pads. All equipment is provided and you should wear casual clothing – ideally a t-shirt without a collar and lace up trainers.
Extra Information:
Your voucher is valid for 10 months and entitles one person to two one minute flights. The voucher can be used on weekdays of weekends. The minimum age is 5 years and all participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian to sign a waiver. The waiver can be signed on the day or is available online in advance. The maximum weight is 18 stone. This experience is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or has ever had a dislocated shoulder. You should check with your doctor first if you have a history of neck/back/heart problems. You must not be under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs. You must bring your voucher and email confirmation of your booking from airkix on the day of your flights.

OMG!! This is fantastic!! Absolutely brilliant experience - I'm hooked!
Great value for money, especially compared to outdoor skydiving. You get more airtime and it costs a LOT less! The instructor was excellent and made us feel we were in safe hands. Very friendly team and you can get a dvd of your flight at the end, which is great quality too!! loved the whole experience!!
