Banana Bag
Description
Bananas are wonderful. They’re not only super tasty; they’re full of potassium & other vitamins. But there’s a big drawback with Bananas, they get old really quickly. Even if you buy the green ones, you’re most likely to throw a some away a few days later.
Apparently, bananas are the UK’s most wasted food, costing us loads every year. But don’t worry, the Banana bag is here!
It’s a unique invention designed to keep bananas fresh for up to 2 weeks! – yes, you read that right. All you need to do is store your bananas in the bag and keep it in the fridge.
But how does it work?
When kept in the fridge, the Banana bag keeps your bananas safe with just the right amount of insulation and air needed to stop the insides of the banana over ripening, while keeping the skin warm enough to stop it blackening – pretty awesome, right?
The trouble with Bananas is that at room temperature, they keep on ripening. When they’re in the fridge, they turn black. The banana bag is the perfect solution to the banana problem we’ve all been battling with for years.
The Banana bag doesn’t use any chemicals and are 100% safe to use with food, it’s about to change the way you store your bananas forever!
Join the Banana revolution - buy your Banana Bag now!
Please note: If the fridge is maintained at a very cold temperature then the Banana Bag should be kept in the section of the fridge recommended for salad.

I was sceptical about this at first but it didn’t take long for me to change my mind. The bag holds more bananas than I ever buy and I have had 8 in mine with no problems. I keep my bag in the salad drawer of my fridge and just take out a couple of bananas at a time as I need them. When kept in the bag the skin does not discolour as much as it would if you just left them out or put them in the fridge on a shelf. I left some in the bag for over a week when we went on holiday and was a bit worried about how they would be. Even though the skin was slightly more discoloured the bananas were almost as fresh as when I had put them in the bag. I now fully believe the claim that they can last up to 2 weeks, pity bananas don’t last that long in our house to test it that long.
The only negative thing I can think to say is that I hardly ever make banana muffins anymore as I never have over ripe bananas lying around to use.
If you like bananas and bulk buying this is the product for you.
