Excellent kit . East to follow instructions and interlocking sturdy parts. Finished kaleidoscope is strong and impressive.

Bought this present for our 5 year old grandaughter, whilst it may seem that its a bit more complex for a 5 year old, with help from the parents its something that can easily be put together & give hours of fun for children of all ages.

As a stocking filler or pass the parcel prize you cannot go wrong with this kit. I even gave one to my manager for Secret Santa last year - she loved that it wasn't the usual smellies/choc/cheap wine cop-out and said she had loads of fun putting it together and trying out different combinations of sparkles. The best way to spend a fiver on a different, thoughtful present (plus keeps big kids occupied for hours trying to recreate the kaleidoscope they had as children).
