Amazing customer service and fantastic Jumpers! Ordered yesterday and had arrived by 9am today. Fits really well (they do come up big) and I cant wait to wear it. Really want another one :)

Just to let you know that the jumpers arrived this morning as you promised. They are awesome, just what I wanted, and thank you for the alternative jumper selection - brilliant!! It was so lovely to speak to someone on the phone who was genuinely calling to offer help and provide assistance. I work within the financial services industry, and I am infact a complaints manager, and deal with many companies on a daily basis. I am extremely impressed with you and Prezzybox, quite simply you treated me as a customer, not an order number, and it is greatly appreciated. This year must have been very difficult for you with the horrid weather conditions, but above ALL the other companies I have dealt with, you are the only person that has stood out. I ordered the Reggie Reindeer, unfortunately it was not in stock so I had the alternative which was the Elf Jumper, very good, delivered in time, very happy customer!!

our jumpers arrived two days after ordering and in time for Christmas. Jumpers are as described and good quality. I love my jumper and i cant wait til christmas 2011 when i can wear it again.

Thank you so much for the prompt delivery of this jumper. The quality was amazing... the fit was perfect. I really thought for a jokey jumper you may have skimpted on the quality but clearly you havnt. This was a gift and I was pleased to hand it over... as see it worn... it gave me as much pleasure to give such a wonderful jumper as did the person who recieved it and wore it all day christmas. And plans to wear it next time they are playing the drums !!! So you may see it in their next video..
