Halloween is approaching. The season of ghosts, ghouls and monsters going bump in the night is soon to be upon us and we want you to give us a scare. Tell us your scary stories or poems below for a chance to win a spooky hamper full of Halloween goodies.

But we should warn you, as much as we enjoy truly terrifying tales, this is a family website and we want to post the winning story. If you send in something that's too scary, it might not get picked as a winner.

Drag Me To Hell DVD

Horror maestro director Sam Raimi (Spider-Man trilogy, Evil Dead trilogy) makes a spectacular return to the genre with Drag Me To Hell.

Christine Brown (Alison Lohman - Gamer) is an ambitious but kind hearted loan officer with a charming boyfriend (Justin Long - Jeepers Creepers). But when she denies an old lady an extension on her home loan, she has no idea of the terrifying consequences in store. With a powerful curse placed on her by the enraged pensioner, Christine is given just three days before she will apparently be literally dragged to Hell.
