My mum is my friend,( the best infact) as she is always there when I need her and never ever hurts me!! She gives me fantastic advice and I love her so much for that. Although, she may sometimes feel ill she will always give me advice and no matter how ill she feels, she helps me through everything!!!! My mum is the best mum in the world for so many reasons that I can't nearly list them all. Not only is she there for me any time for anything, but I could not ask for a better friend.
So basically she is an inspiration !!!!!!!!! She deserves this break so much!!

My mum is the best mum in the world because when i was younger she used to give me a sweet before i went to sleep so i would have sweet dreams and no nightmares, if i fell an hurt something she would put a plaster onand kiss the plaster so the love will heal me. She is the best mum in the world because she never gets angry at me and whenever i ask for somethings she always lets me! She can always tell when im down even when i say im fine she can tell and when she knows she gives me a big hug and says dont worry, you dont have to tell me whats happened if you dont want to but everything will be okay! But the very best thing about my mum is everyday when i wake up she has already mady my breakfast, already got my school stuff out for me, when i get home i find she's left me a schocolate bar or shes tided my room and when she leaves me little notes like "i'll be back soon, love you" this is why myum is the best mum in the whole wide world! Thank you

My mum is my best friend she has been there for me . I have been through a tough time recently and my mum has always been there for me. It has also been a hard year for my mum because her mum died who she was extremely close too and found out 2 of her closest friends has breast cancer. She has stopped eating and is loosing loads of weight because she has 'no time' to eat. I just want my mum to relax and I want to spoil her this Mother's Day because she deserves it and I am scared if I loose my mum. Thank you and fingers crossed xx

My mum has looked after me , mostly all by herself, in a different country where she didn't speak the language. She cared for me, supported me, educated me and taught me so many lessons that I cannot put it all into words. She still supports me now in everything I do, is my best friend, confidante and is also a fantastic grandmother to my son.
I can never thank her for all she has done for me.

My mum has always been my best friend, she is an amazing grandma to my 2 girls and devoted wife. 5 years ago, just as my mum and dad had retired my dad fell down the stairs at home and suffered a permanent Brian injury. Mum cared for him, although it became obvious her own health wasn't quite right. Mum was diagnosed with PSP ( supra nuclear palsy) a very rare Brian disease. She kept falling backwards, suffering awful bruising, stitches etc, she fought to continue to care for my dad until it just wasn't safe anymore. Dad passed away 2 years ago by which point mum also had to go into residential care at the very young age of 67. Her illness is making her a prisoner in her own body, her food liquidized, she can't walk and her speech is very slurred. She never complains and will remain mentally aware of her body not working. She inspires me, humbles me and I'm devasted she never got to enjoy her retirement. Also to highlight PSP. My mum is my hero and would be thrilled to be chosen.

Quite simply my mum is my inspiration. Despite all the hardship life has thrown at us, she has never omplained and never lost her smile. She is always positive and the bravest woman I know. I am the luckiest daughter to have such an amazing mum x
