. The kit contains all you need to get started and is the equivalent of 80 traditional cigarettes! It releases vapour instead of smoke and has a green LED so the cigarette isn't confused with tobacco when you're out and about. Forget patches! These work - mentally (important) and physically (also important)! I have not had a 'real' cigarette for 7 days. I keep my e-lite with me and have an occasional puff or more when needed. The puffs are getting less and less. Seriously amazing - forget patches/hypnotherapy/bioresonance/chewing gum - this is working! Early days admittedly but I am so confident and happy that finally I have found the right product to help me give up. BRILLIANT! This is not just a 'review' as I have told all my friends and they are shocked that I have not bought any cigarettes since buying this product. Recommended. I have to thank my colleague at work who knew 3 people that had given up smoking due to E-lites and she suggested I try them. My flat and clothes do not smell of smoke anymore and my cat is not being subjected to passive smoking either. GREAT - what an incentive!
