First Time Drive Experience
Description
If you can’t wait for your seventeenth birthday to get behind the wheel then the First Time Drive Experience is just what you need. It gives 12-16 year olds the opportunity to have a taster of what is like to take control of a car in a controlled condition away from other road users and with the expert guidance of an ADI instructor.
Location:
Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire and Lancashire. The experience may vary slightly between locations. A Mini or Ford Fiesta will be used for the experience although the venue reserves the right to change this.
Itinerary:
When you arrive at your experience you will be briefed on all the important safety information and the running of the day. If you have any questions you will be given the opportunity to ask the instructors before you take to the road. You will be part of a group of three students and you will take it in turns to get behind the wheel for 45 minutes each. When you have finished your instructor will debrief you and you will receive a certificate to commemorate your achievement.
Extra Information:
When you purchase the First Time Drive Experience you will receive a voucher to redeem which is valid for 10 months. Participants must be a minimum height of 4’10 and a maximum height of 6’3. Closed toe shoes must be worn. You should expect to be at the venue for about 2.5 hours.
