Here in the UK, we love it when the Sun puts in an appearance, but the negative side of summer is the flies and insects that seem intent on buzzing round our homes. There are a couple of solutions to this problem; fly papers, but they look horrible, Fly spray, but it's bad for the environment, fly squat, but you have to catch them first. Now there is another option, a Venus fly trap, which does as the name suggests, traps flies, a totally natural solution to the problem of flies and insects.
With the Grow it - Carnivorous plant you can grow two different carnivorous plants, the well known Venus Fly Trap and the lesser known Pitcher Plant, both of which love feeding on flies and insects. The gift boxes comes complete with everything you need to grow your own Carnivorous plants from the seeds to the compost discs, all you need to do is provide water. The gift box also contains a booklet of growing tips to set you on the right path and in no time you'll be watching these little carnivores in action!

While my father was pleased with this as a present (so he said!) he did comment that the kit was very fiddly to use and that the seeds were almost like dust. smaller than carrot seed were his words.

AMAZING! this is crazy, we were wanting flies to come into the house so it could eat them. I bought another one for work because i love them!! too cool

We are currently trying to grow the venus fly traps.Great little set with easy to follow instructions and everything you need to grow the plants.

As expected its not the easiest thing to grow but If u know any one who's up for a challenge then its perfect. The delivery was realy quick as usual from prezzy box
