Description
Hold on tight for the ride of your life! You will experience the magic of vertical flight as the helicopter lifts off and, as the pilot climbs to over a thousand feet and reaches speeds at over 120 miles per hour, you will marvel at your new view of the world beneath you. You will be able to communicate with the pilot via your own headset as you swoop down over the land below. At the end of your ride the pilot will land gently and gracefully back down and you will have had a fantastic aerial experience. Itinerary:
When you arrive you will be introduced to your pilot and he will give you a short technical and safety briefing then off you go into the clouds as you climb up into the skies. Your pilot will show you just how versatile and incredible these machines really are. Your adrenaline will be pumping for the whole five minutes of this fantastic trip. The world will pass away beneath you and after it is all over you will be left with a wonderful memory of an out of the ordinary experience.
Extra Information:
The voucher is valid for 10 months and this experience is for two people. The helicopter flight lasts for five minutes from take off through to landing but the whole experience will last for about 20 minutes. The minimum age is 6 years old, but children under 12 need to be accompanied by a fully paying adult. Maximum weight for this experience is 17 stones and anyone who is over 15 stones must mention this when making the booking. There may be another passenger on this flight but don’t worry as the design of the R44 helicopter ensures that everyone will have a window seat so make sure that you have your camera at the ready! **Please note that you do not pilot the aircraft during this experience. N.B: Flights will depart from the St Ives location for only one week in June and one week in August.
