Wife liked it very much as she often wants to hold my coffee to warm up!
Her only comment was that the rim is a bit of an odd shape to drink out of.

i bought this for my sister who always hugs her mugs she neer holds the handle andd its a great present just abit dissappointed that there was a crack in the cup which i will be returning but apart from that a great idea with a hug a mug

Doesn't store much tea/coffee but does allow you to warm hands immediately

The Hug a Mug does exactly what it says on the ‘box’. Fantastic as a present or for yourself, I bought one as a gift and was absolutely perfect.

Bought this mug as a birthday present for a friend.Best thing I ever did ! They were so impressed with it ,and loved the uniqueness of it! I will now be buying it for the rest of my friends.Great idea !

totally awesome mug loved it when it arrived was great in the snow :P stare out the window at the cold while i'm hugging a nice warm panad its thick enough so it doesn't get too hot but not to thick so that it takes ages for the heat to get to you a definite necessity for anyone who loves cuddles or just wants that bit of warmth in there lives :) 5*'s from me
