All you have to do is register and within 28 days you will receive a certificate and proof of title card, plus directions to Dunans Castle so you will have no problem locating your new plot of land! You are sure to be the envy of your friends with your new title!

FAQs:
How do I register my gift?
It is really easy to register your gift online or by post. It is quicker to register online but if you register by post it should still only take 28 days.
How long do I have to register my gift?
As soon as possible is best. There is a register by date in your gift pack for guidance
How long does it take for me to receive my certificate and Proof of Title card?
These will be dispatched within 28 days receipt of your registration details.
Do I have to use my new title?
You don't have to but you are entitled to use ‘Laird’ or ‘Lady’ instead should you wish to do so!
Can I call myself a Lord?
No. The title ‘Lord’ is a British aristocratic title. In no way does this gift allow you to call yourself a Lord.
Can I visit my plot?
Of course! By registering this gift, you and a guest (adult or child) will be entitled to one complimentary tour of Dunans Castle and its grounds. Details on how to get to Dunans will be sent along with your certificate and Proof of Title card.
There is one scheduled tour per month for recipeints of the Laird or Lady Gift Pack though tours may be possible at other times. Please contact Dunans to pre-book your tour before visiting to avoid disappointment. Contact details will be sent to you with your certificate and Proof of Title card.
Upon registration you will be provided with the precise co-ordinates of your plot of land. With a tape measure or equivalent, this will then enable you to locate your exact plot within the grounds! Laird plots enjoy a wonderful view of the castle and are just a stone’s throw from the Alt a Chaol Ghleann river.
Can my land and title be inherited?
Yes. Provided that Dunans Castle are informed of the changes, your title and land can be passed on.
Disclaimer: The complimentary Dunans tour is valid for two adults and must be booked in advance. Please note that restoration work may be in progress so there may be times when certain areas are closed. Dunans reserves the right to alter or remove the tour without prior notice for technical, operational or other reasons and the Proof of Title card is neither refundable nor exchangeable. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Dunans reserves the right to refuse entry onto the tour. We cannot be held responsible for any planned or unforeseen changes to Dunans.

Having always found it hard to buy for my fathers birthdays , due to him hating receiving gifts which he will mostly never use. This present was perfect and im proud to say i bought him maybe the first present that he loves to use all the time! especially when booking tables at restaurants and the like! Always ending up with the best table and vip treatment :D

Got this product as a present and arrived quickly. Was amused to see it was 1 square foot of land (knew it would not be much) and can visualise the recipient standing in the small square!!! Wanted the certificate (title deed) to go with present so sent off card. Nothing arrived after 3 weeks (said 5 to 7 day delivery of deed) so rang company who send out deeds. Card had not arrived! Thankfully had copied card before sending so was able to give details over phone and title deed was received 2 days later. So, word of warning is, photocopy all details before sending card off or you could end up without deed! Great service throughout though.

My wonderful husband had been talking about buying a small holding somewhere and knowing it is a dream out of our grasp at this time, I thought this gift would fit the bill! A small holding and a fun title! He loved it, booking a table for a meal is so much fun these days.. Fantastic gift.

I bought this last year for my dad's 50th, he LOVED it. I presented it to him at a celebratory dinner and Knighted him with a cardboard & silver foil sword!
This year, when booking a hotel direct in Bangkok, he "accidentally" used his personal email address.... on arrival, they were taken to a private lounge, introduced to the staff, presented with a signed card and upgraded to a suite! To cap it all, I had also had a tshirt made for him with his name & title on it!!!
