Your service was prompt with all my our purchases. However, the Magnetic balls cube came in a damaged tin and could not be used as a present, as intended. We have had difficulty working the balls into the shapes seen on all the videos we have studied. It is definitely not as simple as it appears to be on the videos. We finally got the cube shape back several days later. We have also repaired the tin now but will keep it and get another for a present in the future.

Excellent! Hours of fun. Anyone who sees this on the coffee table wants to have a go! The trick is trying to get it back into a cube shape, lol.
