Description
This is a must have gift for any adrenaline junkie as they will get to take control of the Honda Formula 4-Stroke series! This is no ordinary boat is has been grown into the largest one design power boat championship in the world. You can also take part if you would like a thrill as extra safety features have been put in place along with control equipment and an expert ex powerboat champion as your instructor so you will be in extra safe hands.

Itinerary:
The experience day will start with a full health and safety meeting and you will be introduced to the boat you will be using. You will then have a lovely gently run up the river Itchen, past Southampton Docks. Then the excitement will begin as the boat travels at a high speed out into Southampton water. Don’t worry full training will be undertaken before you set off by an experienced off shore powerboat driver. The boat can hit speeds up to 50mph and each person gets 20min driving time and there can be 4 people plus the driver on the boat.
Extra Information:
The voucher you will receive is valid for 10 months and the time spent on the water is approx. 1.5 hours. The experience day will last approx. 2 hours and people taking part will get to take home a photo of their day. The powerboat season lasts from April until October. You can take full control of the boat if you wish to otherwise the instructor will drive. All boats will depart from Southampton and location details will be given when you book the experience day. You must be aged 12 and over, please be aware that anyone aged 12 -16 may take part only if there is a parent or guardian that has a valid voucher or booking and is able to accompany them. The maximum weight is 16 stone and anyone who is pregnant or has serious back or heart trouble cannot take part. When taking part please wear trainers or soft soled showers and a waterproof jacket.
