very very pleased with your product, the engraving on the glass was great and came as was shown in the picture. Perfect present for my friends 18th, well he did say he liked it lol

Very pleased with the gift. My only quibble is the personalisation specifically allows for 3 lines but is actually done on 4 therefor it doesn't look as you think it will.

I bought this for my boyfriends birthday... I was very happy with the glass and the personalisation but I expected it to come in some sort of a box presenting it nicely. Instead each part was bubble wrapped individually inside the delivery box.
Delivery was good and the glass arrived in one piece so I was still satisfied with the product.
