Unfortunately the wrong jigsaw was sent to me, will be fully refunded but left me without a birthday present only 2 days before i needed it

This arrived quickly and was a smaller box than i anticipated.
It comes with a presentation label on the front and inside there is a picture of the area that the jigsaw covers.
As it's a Christmas present, don't know what the recipient will think but hoping she will like it as much as we do.
