The way they work is so simple but awfully impressive. Inside the hand warmer is a metal element. To activate and release the warmth you simply bend the metal disc inside, the magic ensues and the hand warmer becomes solid and toasty hot. They will eventually cool down again but remain solid. To deactivate all you need to do is drop them into some hot water and the internal matter will return to liquid. But let’s leave science out of this!

Snap to release the hand warming heat and soak to reset. Both simply and brilliant! Perfect for a cold-sensitive little girl.
