The items came before the estimated date and were packaged well, however, there was a slight chip in the black salt pot which showed up quite significantly. But these things can happen. Overall, very good

First item delivered was broken, due to the courier. I rang and explained what had happened and prezzybox were very helpful and sent me a replacement which arrived 2 days later. Very pleased.

The items arrived very quickly and in good condition. It was very well protected and also nicely displayed in a box and nice tissue paper provided to wrap the gift.
