Tank Driving
Description
This action packed experience gives you the opportunity to take control of not one, not two but three vehicles as you drive a Chieftain Tank, an Armoured Personnel Carrier and a Quad Bike! This Tank Driving Experience is in a league of its own and is a day to remember for years to come. The specially trained instructors include some who have served in the Faulklands and Gulf Wars so you can’t get more expert tuition than that!
Location:
The experience takes place in Hampshire and is available on Saturdays.
Itinerary:
When you arrive you will receive a safety briefing and the running order of the day will be explained. You will be given tuition on each of the three vehicles before taking control and having the opportunity to drive the Chieftain Tank, Armoured Personnel Carrier and Quad Bike! You should expect the experience to last about 3.5 hours. Upon completion you will receive a certificate of achievement for you to keep and remember your exciting day.
Extra Information:
Participants must be at least 16 years old to take part in the experience.
Spectators are welcome at a fee of £10 which can be paid on the day.
Chest measurements of participants should not exceed 50 inches as this may make it difficult to get in to some of the vehicles.
Please dress comfortably. When you purchase the Tank Driving Experience you will receive a voucher which is valid for 10 months. The Tank Driving Experience is available from February to October each year but you can make your booking all year round.
