Itinerary:
The whole session lasts around 2-3 hours and after you have been equipped with the necessary wetsuit, buoyancy aid and the all important helmet, you will run through all the basic manoeuvres on land before getting onto the water for the real challenge. **Please note that the Northamptonshire venue boasts a challenging and very unique man-made course. This venue is closed from November through to March.

The voucher is valid for ten months and you may arrange a date at your preferred venue using the provided booking details. This voucher is for one person only. No experience is necessary but anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and the minimum participating age depends upon the location chosen. You do need to be reasonably fit for this activity and the activity is not suitable for anyone who has muscular or skeletal problems; has recently undergone an operation; has respiration problems or is pregnant. **Please note that there is a maximum weight limit of 18 stones at the Northamptonshire venue.
