Prezzybox x Perfume Shop Valentine's Giveaway Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions relate to Prezzybox x Perfume Shop Valentine's Giveaway - a pampering Valentine's hamper ("Prize").
By taking part in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms. It is a condition of participation in the Competition that all Terms are accepted as final.
This Competition is organised by Prezzybox of Hollybank Farm House, No Mans Heath Lane, Austrey, Atherstone, CV9 3EW, GB. Prezzybox is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 3946124.
Prezzybox and The Perfume Shop are the sole Promoters of this Competition.
The Competition runs from 31st January 2022 and closes for receipt of entries at 23.59 on 6th February 2022 ("Promotional Period").
By entering the Competition, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.
This Competition is not valid in conjunction with any other online or in-store offer, Promotion or voucher unless stated.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Competition.
The winner will be drawn randomly on Monday, 7th February 2022.
The winner will receive 1 x Valentine's pampering hamper.
Prezzybox (@prezzybox) and The Perfume Shop (@theperfumeshop) will contact the winner in the comments of the Competition post. We will NEVER contact you from a different account.
We will make reasonable efforts to contact the Competition's winner within five days of the Competition closing date.
It is the winner's responsibility to claim their Prize within a week after being contacted, or another winner will be selected at random.
Only one entry per household
The Promoters reserve the right to amend the specification of the Prize.
All Prizes are subject to availability. If any of the Prizes listed above are unavailable, alternative products of equal value will be provided.
The Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available.
Prezzybox reserves the right to cancel the Competition or amend the Terms without notice in the event there is any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Prezzybox's reasonable control.
Prezzybox reserves the right not to award a Prize, disqualify a participant if there are reasonable grounds to believe that any person is not eligible for any reason or for any other lawful reason, including unruly behaviour or failure to comply with these Terms.
Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Competition may violate criminal and/or civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Prezzybox reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
Prezzybox accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person due to their participation in this Competition, their attempted participation or their acceptance of any Prize.
By participating or attempting to participate in this Competition, participants agree that Prezzybox shall not bear any liability for:
(a) the loss, theft or misuse of any Prize;
or
(b) any damage in any way attributable to this Competition or the attempted participation in this Competition.
