Back to the Office Bundle Competition Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions relate to the prize draw to Win a Back To The Office Bundle.
The competition runs from 1 July 2021 and closes for receipt of entries at 23.59 on 15 July 2021.
If you wish to enter our competition, you need to do so via our website www.prezzybox.com before 23.59 on 15 July 2021.
By entering our competition, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
We need a valid email address in order to contact the winner, and only fully completed entries will be valid.
Personal data will be collected on the entry page detailed in point 5 and will only be used by Prezzybox. We will not pass your details to any third party without obtaining your express permission.
Qualifying customers will be entered into our prize draw, which will be drawn at random once the competition has ended.
Prezzybox will accept no responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
Only one entry per household.
The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received before the 23.59 on 15th July 2021.
Any entries received after that time and date cannot be entered or considered.
The winner will be informed on 16th July 2021 by email; should there be no response after five days, another winner will be drawn from entries received.
The provider of the prize is: Prezzybox (company no. 03946124), whose registered office is at Hollybank Farm House, No Mans Heath Lane, Austrey, Atherstone, CV9 3EW, GB.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
The prize is valid for a Cartwright And Butler Fudge Tin; Cheese On Toast Popcorn; Cartwright And Butler Triple Chocolate Biscuits; Cocktail Candies Pina Colada; World's Smallest Desktop Blower; Henry Desktop Vacuum Cleaner; Cartwright And Butler Salted Caramel Biscuits In Tin; Delicious Dilemma Chocolate Pizza; Instant Air Hockey.
The prize is subject to availability, is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable and must be taken between July 2021 and 31 Aug 2021.
The competition is not open to employees and their immediate families of promoter Prezzybox.
Prezzybox reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable or changeable. All elements of any prize are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
