Fill the silicone mould with water to the fill line and simply pop into the freezer. When it's frozen it makes a large solid ice ball, that lasts far longer than mini ice cubes popped out the tray. But how it really works is that the clever glass is fitted with a special rock at the bottom, and is a particular shape so that the solid ice ball just naturally roles around the glass! As you move the glass the ball rolls around it and cools the drink down to take the edge off a warm scotch or brandy.
