Beautifully handcrafted in the UK, this beautiful necklace consists of a fine sterling silver trace chain with two sterling silver heart pendants hanging from it one of the heart pendants is plated with 9ct gold (rose gold or yellow gold).

Each of the heart pendants can be personalised with your own words. You have 10 characters for each heart to play around with so whether you want to have two names to symbolise a bond or initials and a special date, the choice is yours!
