The personalisation is printed using environmentally friendly water-based inks! For best results, please follow the guidelines below:

• The image selected should be the high resolution, grainy photos may result in a poor end product
• Ensure that the image selected is close-up with the entire head/face clearly visible
• Images with faces in the middle/long distance will have to be zoomed in on which may result in a poor end product
• Ensure that the head is 'face on' and not to the side
