This brut Champagne is the result of a delicate marriage of three Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay. It is usally made up of wines from different years. It is well balanced and well constructed and is known for its suppleness and freshness. A Champagne for all occasions just waiting to be uncorked for a special treat.

Body - A wonderfully bracing lightness takes the palate rather by surprise and precedes a texture of delicate smoothness as the cushiony mousse joins with a cortege of sweet, expansive fruit flavours (poached pears, plums cooked in wine with cinnamon, dried figs, sultanas and crystallised fruits) to heighten the sense of pleasure.
