Official Date Tester Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions relate to Prezzybox's Official Date Tester Campaign ("x1 One Night Glamping Break For Two - UK Wide, x1 2 for 1 Spa Retreat With Afternoon Tea for Two, and 1x Bounce Below for Two.").
By taking part in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms. It is a condition of participation in the Campaign that all Terms are accepted as final.
This Campaign is organised by Prezzybox of Hollybank Farm House, No Mans Heath Lane, Austrey, Atherstone, CV9 3EW, GB. Prezzybox is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 3946124.
Prezzybox is the sole Promoter of this Campaign.
The Campaign runs from 6th January 2022 and closes for receipt of entries at 23.59 on 14th February ("Promotional Period").
The successful applicant will receive a cash salary of £300 to cover expenses, travel, and their time as the official Date Tester.
The successful applicant will receive the cash salary once the three dates have been completed.
The successful applicant will need to complete the three dates within 4 months of claiming the prizes.
If you wish to enter the Campaign, Email [email protected] with your full name and tell us about the last date you went on and what made it romantic (max. 250 words) and who you would take on your dates, and why? (max 250 words).
By entering the Campaign, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.
This Campaign is not valid in conjunction with any other online or in-store offer, Promotion or voucher unless stated.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Campaign.
The successful applicant will be selected on Monday, 14th February.
The successful applicant will receive x1 One Night Glamping Break For Two - UK Wide, x1 2 for 1 Spa Retreat With Afternoon Tea for Two, and 1x Bounce Below for Two.
Prezzybox will contact the Successful Applicant from the [email protected] email account.
It is the successful applicant’s responsibility to claim their prize within 3 days after being contacted, or another Applicant will be selected at random.
Only one entry per household
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the specification of the prize.
All prizes are subject to availability. If any of the prizes listed above are unavailable, alternative products of equal value will be provided.
The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available.
Prezzybox reserves the right to cancel the Campaign or amend the Terms without notice in the event there is any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Prezzybox's reasonable control.
Prezzybox reserves the right not to award a prize, disqualify a participant if there are reasonable grounds to believe that any person is not eligible for any reason or for any other lawful reason, including unruly behaviour or failure to comply with these Terms.
Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Campaign may violate criminal and/or civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Prezzybox reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
Prezzybox accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person due to their participation in this Campaign, their attempted participation or their acceptance of any prize.
By participating or attempting to participate in this Campaign, participants agree that Prezzybox shall not bear any liability for:
(a) the loss, theft or misuse of any prize;
or
(b) any damage in any way attributable to this Campaign or the attempted participation in this Campaign.
